TTDI's new hog haven is worth pigging out at: Start with the seared pork belly, cooked with Guinness for a 'drunken' embellishment, partnered with Hasselback potatoes, capsicum puree, grilled apples and apple cider cream.
Lye@110's kitchen deserves praise for the satisfying execution of its creations, which clock in at reasonable prices for portions that straddle the line between small plates and main courses.
